Sprouse occupied a unique position at the forefront of the New York avant-garde, producing designs that translated the fine arts into fashion, most notably his collaborations with Keith Haring, and his adoption of Andy Warhol's 'Camouflage' series of 1986. More recently Sprouse collaborated with Louis Vuitton to produce their 'Grafitti' range of printed canvas.
