    Cal. 17''' nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, the platinum-plated dial with Art Deco style blue Arabic numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, subsidiary seconds, in plain circular case, the snap on back centred by engraved initials JEON, the inside with engraved inscription Presented to James E. O'Neil as a token of love and esteem by W.F. Gates-W.S. Fitzpatrick-C.H. Kountz-Geo. Goyle-J.A. Hollihan-E.T. Patterson-D.H. Kelsey-T.J. Flannelly-N.K. Moody, case, dial and movement signed

Chicago original fitted presentation box containing a spare spring and a spare crystal, the cover with inlaid panel inscribed J.E.O'N. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with platinum plated dial and Arabic numerals and grained case in 1920 and its subsequent sale on 10 May 1921.
