    Cal. 215 PS nickel-finished lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 18 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, white dial, applied gold Breguet numerals, oxidized black feuille hands, second time zone indicated by a gold feuille hand, outer railway minute divisions, two subsidiary dials for 24 hour display and constant seconds, circular case, hobnail patterned bezel, two cabochon sapphire-set crowns for the second time zone in the left band, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, snap on back, 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed

    With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with white dial, yellow gold Breguet numerals and outer railway minute divisions in 1998 and its subsequent sale on 30 October 1998. Furthermore delivered with copy of Patek Philippe servicing invoice dated 28 July 2009 and contemporary fitted burgundy red presentation box.

    Since its recent overhaul at Patek Philippe, the present watch has not been used and is preserved in excellent overall condition. To the best of our knowledge, it has never been offered at auction before.

    Reference 4864 was in production from 1997 to 2005.
