    With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with white gold bracelet, 30 sapphires weighing approximately 1.97 carats and 26 diamonds weighing approximately 1.58 carats in 1969 and its subsequent sale on 28 May 1969.

    Reference 3366, with a concealed dial, was launched in 1968 and produced in white gold only. The present lot is fresh to the market and less than 6 examples have re-surfaced at auction thus far.
