    Calibre 27-460 QB, Geneva Seal hallmarked, 37 jewels, Gyromax balance, in-line escapement, 18k gold rotor, the opaline-white dial with gold applied faceted baton and pyramidal hour markers, gold dauphine hands, analogue date with integrated moon-phases, day, month and leap years in apertures, in three-part case, brushed and polished, inclined bezel, lapidated lugs, snap-on back, case, dial and movement signed

    Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirm production of the present watch in 1985 and its subsequent sale on June 6th, 1985.

    Reference 3450 was introduced in 1981, only 244 examples were produced in all, majority in yellow gold. Generally divided into three series, differences lie in the leap year display:

    - 1st series: Arabic 1, 2 and 3, leap year in red

    - 2nd series: Arabic numerals

    - 3rd series: Roman numerals

    Production ceased in 1985.
