    Perrelet is a Swiss watchmaking company that has been operating since 1777. The brand was initially founded by Abraham-Louis Perrelet, a man who devoted his lifetime in the construction of precision instruments. Notable invention of the firm, Perrelet invented the self-winding mechanism for pocket watches.
