AN ETRUSCAN BRONZE FIGURE OF AN EPHEBE
CIRCA 5TH CENTURY B.C.
Depicted nude, running with arms outstretched, with hands flat and thumbs extended, his left leg advanced, his right leg behind with the foot lifted onto the toes, with large eyes and a straight nose, his long curly hair tied at the nape of his neck, with punched circles indicating his navel, nipples, hair and pupils, and wearing a punched, single-strand necklace
