    The cylindrical cup, the body painted in burgundy colour, with an oval within a gilt border depicting Emperor Alexander I on blue-grey background, the saucer with a multi-coloured border, the centre containing gilt Imperial coat of arms within a square reserve, gilt rims, apparently unmarked, with incised 'P' under base of the cup
