    Oblong and on spreading gadrooned foot, with an overhead swing handle, with a shell and foliage heightened gadrooned rim, engraved with initials below a Royal princess' coronet, further engraved under rim with initials 'EA' over 'Fs', marked near border and on handle
    13¼ in. (33.5 cm.) wide
    41 oz. (1,284 gr.)
    The initials are those of Princess Augusta Sophia (1768-1840), second daughter of King George III (r.1760-1820).

    The initials EA Fs stand for 'Ernst Augustus Fidekommis' - the entailed estate of Ernst Augustus, Duke of Cumberland.
