Circular and on pedestal foot, the body part-fluted and with two leaf-capped bracket handles and with shell, foliage and gadrooned rim, the cover with detachable reeded handle, the body engraved twice with a coat-of-arms, the cover engraved twice with a crest, marked on side, on cover bezel and handle, with plated liner and later French plated stand by Plasait Orfèvre
