    Each crouching on waisted rectangular plinths looking sharply to the left and right, their bodies moulded with deep folds and their mouths open to reveal teeth and tongue, the beasts under splashed yellow, green, pale sepia and clear glazes, and the plinths, tails and horns under a deeper sepia glaze
