    The first painted with a bouquet and sprays, the second an eighteenth century form, painted with a peasant girl and bagpiper within framed by scrolls, the third later-decorated, painted to the cup with a seated boy, the saucer with cupid, reserved against a turquoise ground and gilded with flowers and tendrils
