    Painted in the typical palette, possibly by Carmine Gentili, with classical allegorical groups, probably emblematic of Spring and Autumn, with Flora and Bacchus flanked by nymphs among clouds, the arms supported by two scantily-draped putti and surmounted by a cardinal's hat, the narrow borders with stylised foliage (one with a faint crack to rim)
