    Each rectangular panel inlaid in high-relief with wood, ivory and shells, one with a monkey, flowering camellia and lilies, the other with a monkey and magnolia, each monkey’s robe decorated in gold and coloured hiramaki-e, both panels mounted later in lacquered frames
    Each panel: 31 ½ x 17 5/8 in. (80 x 45 cm.), framed
