    A pair of scrimshaw whales teeth decorated with images of Napoleon and Lord Nelson**
    20th century
    each tooth heavily engraved with portraits and allegorical images of the country and life of each figure. For Napoleon these images include his crest with the French tri-color, and eagle supporting his oval portrait, and Roman soldiers. For Nelson they include his family crest, Neptune riding a pair of stallions, and an image of H.M.S. Victory. Each tooth signed at the bottom with the initials RBDD.
