Circa 1800, some with gilt or red EB marks for Emile Blancheron
Gilt and painted in puce and red with garlands and scattered gilt flowers, comprising: an oval two-handled tureen and cover with twig-handles and finial, finial restored, 31.5 cm. wide; an oval two-handled tureen and cover similar to the preceding, 27.5 cm. wide; an ice-pail and cover, liner missing, 25.5 cm. high; a pair of two-handled lozenge shaped sauce-boats, 24.5 cm. wide; a shell-shaped side dish, 23.5 cm. wide; two oval servinging dishes, 27 and 34.5 cm. wide; a deep plate with shaped rim, 23 cm. diam.; a bowl, 25.7 cm. diam.; three luncheon plates, 21.4 cm. diam.; six soup plates, 24 cm. diam.; thirteen dinner plates, 24.4 cm. diam.; a set of five single-handled pots and covers on a pedestal stand, the stand 24 cm. diam.; an egg-cup, 6 cm. high; two loose covers; and an associated basket and cover decorated with a floral garland, marked 'EB', 27.4 cm. wide, chips, cracks and frits (42)
