    oval box, the panels on cover, sides and base enamelled with translucent brown on a patterned guilloché ground, within raised foliate chased gold borders with white opaque enamel simulated pearls, the cover inset with an oval enamel plaque depicting the Dismissal of Hagar, within translucent red enamel and gold foliate wreath, the side panels centred with vari-colour gold reserves chased with musical and gardening trophies on a frosted ground, the corners chased with scrolls
