    Cast as a tortoise seated with legs bent and shown along the edges of the flat base, the raised head with pointed snout and gold-inlaid eyes, hollow cast to hold a large cowrie shell; together with a gilt-bronze ram-form mat weight, Western Han dynasty, with head raised and legs bent at the sides, with tear-shaped cells for inlay
