Of pear shape standing on a short tapering foot, each side carved with a leaf-shaped panel depicting a four-clawed dragon carrying a shou character amongst flame scrolls, the upright spout issuing from a dragon-head base joined to the neck with a pierced roundel, the domed cover surmounted with a bud finial attached to the S-scroll handle with a chain, the stone of an opaque pale tone with some very minor darker flecks
