An assorted lot of blue and white dishes
Late 17th and 18th Century
Comprising a pair of deep dishes decorated with a large central flower basket, the deep well painted with butterflies and flowers, 28 cm. diam.; a pair and one dish decorated with a flower-basket, 21 cm. diam.; a set of six dishes painted to the centre with a flowering chrysanthemum issuing from a tree-trunk and supporting a vase with scholar's objects, 22.9 cm. diam.; and a large dish decorated to the central medallion with a flower vase within a double circle surrounded by a ruyi-head border, a band of further floral scrollwork encircling the well and rim, 38.5 cm. diam., chips, cracks and frits (12)
