An assorted lot of Chinese armorial and 'monogrammed' porcelain
Qianlong (1735-1796)
Comprising a 'monogrammed' bowl enamelled and gilt with a roundel enclosing the monogram 'GJW', 12 cm. diam.; a bowl decorated below the rim with a tied ribbon, suspending a shield including a monogram, restored, 10 cm. diam.; a mustard-pot and cover enamelled with the arms of MacDonald accolé with Forbes leaning against a palm tree and suspending ribbon with the motto PER MARE PER TERRAS, 9 cm. high; an armorial saucer decorated with an accolé coat-of- arms, 12 cm. diam.; a 'monogrammed' saucer, re-stuck rim chip, 11.5 cm. diam.; and an armorial tea-bowl, minor frits and gilt rubbing (6)
