    MARK OF DAVID CLAYTON, BRITANNIA STANDARD, CIRCA 1715,
    Marked inside cover & inside body with maker's mark & lion's head erased, turned baluster wood handle, 4¼ in. long (11 cm.), ALSO an unmarked George II miniature silver spoon tray, c.1740, with wavy rim, fluted sides & reversed & interlaced monogram engraved within shell, scroll & floral surround, 3 1/8 in. long (8 cm.), AND a George III miniature silver chamberstick, mark of Phipps & Robinson, London, 1790, circular base with reeded rim, hinged collapsible column & conical snuffer on chain attachment, initialled, (column lacks hinge pin), 1¾ in. diameter (4.5 cm.).
