    The head of a Shakoki dogu female figure with wide "coffee bean" eyes framed with an applied band in relief decorated with incised vertical lines, a small upturned nose and mouth open in a near smile, the top and back of the head pierced with four holes possibly for running a cord through, traces of red pigment; with a fitted wood stand
    2¼in. (5.7cm.) high (not including stand)
    The result of Oxford Authentication Ltd. thermoluminescence test no. N108q14 is consistent with the dating of this lot. (2)
