    Action and furniture carved in relief with game scenes and dark pewter finish, pivot-opening sliding breech, the breech-ends with an oak leaf design and border trim inlaid in gold, also the names "Wittener Excelsior", winged barrel release catch, horn trigger guard, sling- swivels, the fully figured stock with cheek-piece, butt plate and pistolgrip (with cap), deeply carved with scenes of the chase, the barrels with matt game rib
