    Comprising a pair of dishes, and bowls of two different sizes, the sides rising from the neatly cut foot ring to the everted rim, the semi-translucent stone of slightly grey-toned spinach-green color with some darker mottling

    A set of eight similar green jade bowls and dishes with Qianlong inscribed seal marks, also deaccessioned from the Art Institute of Chicago, was sold in these rooms, 2 September 2001, lot 313.
