Engraved frontispiece to each work, engraved title to third work. (Some spotting.) 19th-century embroidered binding worked in guimp and gold and silver thread on a cream silk ground, allegorical figure of Aquarius on upper cover and Justice on lower cover, outer border of gold thread, spine in gold thread to a floral pattern with pale blue stone at centre of each flower. -- and two other 19th-century bindings in the lot: one engraved metal to a cathedral design, gilt and gauffered edges; the other cut metallic paper and velvet laid onto printed vignette (somewhat worn). Sold as a group of bindings, not subject to return. (3)
