The headstock bearing the logo Fender/STRATOCASTER/WITH SYNCHRONIZED TREMOLO/Eric Clapton/Custom/Shop/USA, neckplate engraved V066838, the body in Olympic white finish applied with numerous signatures and fitted with three single-coil pickups, maple neck, the gold-plated hardware and commemorative name plate applied to the pickguard; and original hardshell tweed case with adhesive tape inscribed by Lee Dickson Auction #10/Martel/Signed Strat

LD: After playing a one-off benefit for the T.J.Martell Cancer Foundation, [Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center, New York City, 2nd May, 1994], this was presented to Eric some time later by the grateful beneficiaries of the Concert. It's a nice sounding guitar. Nice playing guitar.
