    The first depicting Songoko the monkey with magical powers standing with his magic-wand on a large cloud, signed on an oval reserve Masatsugu; the second depicting Tamao no Ma the concubine of the emperor Toba who was suspected to be a fox-witch, behind her stands the 1000 year old and nine-tailed fox Kiubi no Kitsune, signed Kaigoku; the third depicting Sojobo the King of the tengu (mythological bird-human beings), holding a scroll in his left and a fan in his right hand; the fourth depicting Benten, sitting on the back of Enoshima's dragon and playing on the koto to get him to sleep, signed on an oval reserve Masatoshi
