It has been suggested by Rainer Rückert that the present two teabowls, likely painted 1720-1725 by K.W. Anreiter, are from the same service as the slightly squat globular teapot illustrated by J.F. Hayward, Viennese Porcelain of the Du Paquier Period, London, 1952, p. 200, plate 5a.

    Provenance

With Errol Manners at Stockspring Antiques, London, 19 September 1990.
