    NUMBER 52 OF 310 COPIES, THIS ONE AN AD PERSONAM COPY FOR GLADYS DEAKIN, the mother of the editor (identified on a printed leaf before the half-title). According to the limitation leaf, there were 10 'ad personam' copies on vellum; this copy on paper with an ad personam leaf is one of the 200 copies for English-speaking countries. Mardersteig 185.
