Amundsen's bayonet carried on the Lincoln-Ellsworth expedition, 1925-26, numbered on the hilt and sheath, the blade marked at the hilt, wood and steel, 13 5/8in. (34.5cm.) long

Used by Amundsen to build the 500 metre long and 12 metre wide runway on the ice for the N25 in June 1925.
