Cosway-style binding in crushed brown morocco gilt by Bayntun (Riviere), the upper cover of volume I with glazed inset oval portrait miniature on ivory of Shelley, the miniature with gilt double-fillet border with tan morocco onlay, with outer border of seed-pearls incorporated within gilt dot and line ogee-design surround, upper and lower covers with gilt triple-fillet border, spine in 6 compartments with raised bands, lettered in the second and fourth, the others with double-fillet borders, gilt roll-tooled turn-ins with border of scrolling ivy-leaves, corner fleurons and triple-fillet outer border, marbled paper endleaves, gilt edges.
