The Expulsion of Hagar

The present work is by the same anonymous hand active in the production of cartoons and tapestries in Michiel Coxie's studio during the 1550s. It can be compared to a Judgement of Solomon attributed to Coxie (with the art trade, Rome) published in 'Michel Coxcie pictor regius' in the Handbook of Malines, 1992.
