THREE PALE CELADON JADE OPENWORK PLAQUES AND A JADE BELT BUCKLE
19TH/20TH CENTURY
The first is a rectangular plaque with a beaded border enclosing a dragon. The pale celadon stone is of an even tone. A smaller rectangular plaque is carved with a flower head and scrolling foliage. The stone is mottled pale celadon in tone. The third is a shaped floral plaque mounted as a brooch. The stone is pale celadon in tone. The last is a two-piece belt buckle with silver mounts and rectangular carved and pierced jade insets.
The largest 2.5/8 in. (6.6 cm.) diam.
Provenance
Private UK collection predominantly assembled in the UK in the 1980s.
