TWO PAIRS OF GEORGE I SILVER-GILT CANDLESTICKS
MARK OF THOMAS FOLKINGHAM, LONDON, TWO 1725 AND TWO CIRCA 1725
Each on square base with canted corners, the knopped stems terminating in spool shaped sockets, the stems and bases chased with foliage strapwork on matted ground, the base and stem each with a milled band, each marked under base, two marked with maker's mark only four times, the bases further engraved with a scratchweight '12=6'; '12=12'; '12=11' and '12'
