    The first painted to depict Frederick William I (1688-1740), King of Prussia 1713-1740, in armour with gold and red lining, powdered wig; the other probably a German statesman in blue coat with gold frogging, lace cravat, short powdered wig en queue, wearing the orange moiré sash of the Royal Order of the Black Eagle; each miniature set in silver cut down mount, one under faceted rock crystal the other glass, each German School, circa 1735 (2)
