the complete set of four aquatints (one in colors), in- and hors-texte, title page, text in French and justification, on Marais, signed in ink by the author and artist on the justification, copy 37 of 200, the full sheets, loose (as issued), the title page with a foxmark at center left, a few other scattered foxmarks, minor surface soiling, time staining, pale reverse foxing on some text pages toward the end of the book, otherwise each in good condition, original pale blue paper-covered boards and slipcase (pale light-staining and minor wear). 11½ x 9 1/8 in. (292 x 232 mm.)
