Lot Essay

The lower signature cartouche in Farsi reads: Baft (woven) Iran Isfahan Seirafian. Hossein Seirafian was the younger brother of Muhammad Ali, Muhammad and Sadeq Seirafian.

The knot count is approximately 10V x 10H per cm. sq.
