Signature Cellars: Online Only Wine

In August 2012, Christie’s launched its inaugural calendar of Online-Only wine sales to great fanfare, welcoming in new clients from 29 different countries around the world. Two more successful Online-Only sales followed, including an Online-Only sale of rare wines and large formats direct from the cellar of legendary Chicago restaurant Charlie Trotter’s.

We are proud to begin 2013 with yet another Online-Only sale featuring a strong selection of fine and rare wines from pristine cellars. As with all of Christie’s auctions of fine and rare wines, Signature Cellars IV brings together a closely curated mix of blue-chip wines from the old world and the new, along with approachably priced selections suitable for holding or enjoying now.

Highlights include a fine selection of pristine Italian rarities from Piedmont, Tuscany and Veneto, fine red Burgundy from top vintages including 1985, 1999 and 2002, top Bordeaux in pristine original wooden cases including rare vintages from the 60s and 70s, and outstanding California Classics. This is the perfect opportunity to begin the year with great wines to collect and share throughout 2013.
