RESULTS: Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art Autumn Auction Sales totalled HK$443m / US$57m

34% of Lots Exceeded High Estimate

Christie’s Hong Kong auctions of Chinese Ceramics from the Yangdetang Collection and Important Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art held on 30 November 2016 realised a combined total of HK$ 443,341,250/ US$ 57,416,099.

The top lot for the sale was a Pair of Longquan Tobi Seiji Garlic-Mouth Bottle Vases, which realised HK$12,060,000 / US$1,561,863.

The top lot of the season was a Painted Anhua-Decorated Blue and White ‘Dragon” Stem Bowl, which realised HK$68,860,000/ US$8,917,900.
