Restaurants are at the heart of Stella Artois’ brand and business; breaking bread with people you love is exactly what living The Life Artois is all about. In order to support establishments in the food & beverage industry that have been hurt throughout the pandemic, Stella and the James Beard Foundation have teamed up to sell an exclusive NFT recipe by chef Marcus Samuelsson in an online auction on charitybuzz from 6-16 July, an innovative CSR initiative supported by Christie’s. This isn’t just a recipe. This is rare. This is iconic. This is the ultimate fried chicken recipe in its most unique form.

The winner of the auction will receive an NFT of chef Marcus Samuelsson’s award-winning Fried Yardbird recipe, along with exclusive video content with some of the chef’s never-before-seen rituals. Additionally, the winner and three guests will win a private dinner at Red Rooster, the chef’s famed NYC eatery in the heart of Harlem, with an appearance from Samuelsson himself.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the James Beard Foundation’s Food and Beverage Investment Fund for Black and Indigenous Americans to help create a more delicious, equitable, and sustainable restaurant industry.
