Terms & Conditions for US-Based Clients

1. Christie’s Auction Notification SMS Programme: This programme can send both transactional and marketing-related notifications to keep you informed of important updates, such as auction news, event invitations and bidding notifications.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to 34976. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, send ‘START’ to 34976 and you will be resubscribed.

3. To opt out of Marketing messages only, reply ‘STOP-Marketing’ to 34976. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP-Marketing’ to us, we will send you an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed from Marketing messages.

4. To opt out of Transactional messages only, reply ‘STOP-Transactional’ to 34976. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP-Transactional’ to us, we will send you an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed from Transactional messages.

5. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging programme you can reply with the keyword ‘HELP’ for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at info@christies.com or calling us on +1 212 636 2000.

6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
