b.1995 Dion Kitson is a British artist whose work spans sculpture, film, collage, installation and painting. Kitson uses his work to reflect pathos in everyday life, it is playful and pertinent to the present political climate and representations of a working-class culture.

Accolades

Since graduating from Birmingham School of Art (2017-20), Kitson has been awarded the ACS Studio Prize 2020, the Tate Prize 2020, the Mike Holland Award 2020 and the Baileys Foundation 2020 award. Other notable achievements include the Ede & Ravenscroft Prize 2019 and the ‘Detritus’ Gold Arts Award & Review in Voice Magazine 2016.
