TICKET PURCHASE
(Q) Do I need a ticket to see the exhibition?
(A) Tickets ARE required to view the exhibition in New York.
(Q) Is there a cost to see the exhibition? Are there discounts for youth, students, employee or seniors? How about groups?
(A) There is an admission fee for the exhibition in New York. The per person ticket price is: $30 in New York (price includes applicable taxes). Children 3 and under are free. To see the exhibition during public hours, please go directly to the exhibition location. There are no discounts available.
(Q) How do I purchase tickets to the exhibition in New York?
(A) Tickets New York must be purchased in advance ONLINE at www.christies.com/elizabethtaylor. Tickets for New York are available now for purchase. We encourage you to purchase tickets early for access to the best viewing times available. Ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds.
To keep waiting to a minimum, tickets will be purchased for specific dates and time slots. There are a set number of tickets available for each slot. Once the time slot is full, there will be no other tickets offered for that time and you will be prompted to select another time. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested date and time. To ensure more options for available dates and time slots, we urge you to purchase tickets early. Each person is required to present their individual ticket in person for admission on the date and time printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold at increased prices and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

(A) Tickets will NOT be available for purchase in person prior to the exhibition opening.
(Q) Are group tickets available?
(A) Due to the limited number of days the exhibition is open to the public, Christie’s will Not offer group sales. A maximum of 8 tickets per person may be purchased. Tickets may not be resold and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
(Q) Can I purchase tickets online and pick them up at the exhibition viewing location?
(A) Tickets for New York must be purchased online, printed at the time of purchase and brought to the exhibition for admission on the date and time printed on the ticket.

(A) Christie's Exhibition
(Q) How much time should I allow for waiting on line?
(A) In New York, ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time printed on the ticket. Important: Ticket holders will not be permitted to line up more than 15 minutes prior to the time printed on the ticket.
(Q) What if I am late or someone in my group is late?
(A) Please note that if you and/or confirmed ticket holders in your group arrive more than 30 minutes after the time printed on your ticket, we cannot guarantee access at that time. However, we will work to accommodate you at the next possible time available.
(Q) Will I be able to change my ticket time and rebook a new time?
(A) We will make every effort to accommodate rebooking requests but are not able to guarantee time slot availability. Rebooking can only be done in person at the Ticketing & Information Desk. The Ticketing & Information Desk will be open during the public viewing hours of the exhibition (please see city exhibition viewing schedule). There will be no refunds even in the event that we are unable to accommodate your new date and time.
EXHIBITION EXPERIENCE
(Q) What will I see in the exhibition?
(A) The New York exhibition will feature over 850 lots including Elizabeth Taylor’s legendary jewelry, haute couture, ready-to-wear fashion, handbags and accessories, and a selection of decorative arts, and film memorabilia being sold in the live auction.
(Q) How long will it take to view the exhibition and what language is it in?
(A) The public exhibition information will be presented in English. In New York, we recommend planning on 1 ½ to 2 hours to allow for your visit.
(Q) Will the exhibition be guided?
(A) No. The exhibition will be self-guided. In New York a printed gallery guide will be available for purchase and will include over 850 lots from Elizabeth Taylor’s collection of jewelry, fashion, accessories, decorative arts and memorabilia being sold in the live auction.

(Q) Will I be able to see the items being sold in the Online Only auction in the New York Exhibition?
(A) No. The New York exhibition online includes lots being sold in the live auctions. Viewing for lots in the Online Only auction will be by appointment only from November 28-December 2 at an off-site Christie’s location.

(Q) Will strollers be allowed inside the exhibition?
(A) While the exhibition will be appreciated most by ages 7 and up, strollers are allowed. We request that children remain in the stroller throughout your exhibition viewing.
(Q) Will Wheel Chairs be available at the exhibition?
(A) All exhibitions are ADA accessible. Wheel chairs will not be provided. However, we encourage those who need a wheel chair to bring their own for personal use.

(A) New York – There is no parking provided specifically by Christie’s, however, there are many paid lots available in and around New York’s Rockefeller Center.
