Pioneering Singaporean collectors, Melina and the late Dr N.K. Yong need no introduction to the world of wine, with their passion, knowledge and generosity famed amongst both wine collectors and vignerons across the globe. For over 40 years, this shared love of wine has resulted in this remarkable cellar, an honest reflection of their enthusiasm to travel, taste and get to know the winemakers and land behind the bottles.

Melina and N.K. began sourcing the great wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy long before the wines were as popular as they are today. Their interests expanded to the great wines of Alsace, Germany (go perfectly with Cantonese cuisine) and ventured further to Spain, Italy and the New World. The cellar offers an extraordinary array of wines, varying in styles and spanning different regions worldwide, with each wine selected purposefully and with a specific moment in mind.

Those who know Melina and N.K. will share fond memories of exceptional dinner parties, eclectic wine pairings and the joy of coming together over the love of food and wine. Their generosity has cultivated a new inquisitive base of wine collectors in Singapore and beyond.
