Brandy

Brandy remains a pillar of the fine spirits market, valued for its heritage, meticulous production process and richness of flavour. This distilled spirit is made from a fruit-based wine — predominantly grape, though some varieties utilise other fruits. B.P.F. 1934 Beaune - Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus The colour is deep with brown reflections. The wine has dried fruit aromatics. On the palate subtle cocoa flavours. Tasted on 30 October 2002. B.P.F. 1937 Beaune - Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus Beautiful deep colour. Impressive aromatic richness, mocha and spices notes on the palate. Tasted on 18 Janurary 2002. B.P.F. 1949 Beaune - Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus The colour is dark ruby with orange reflections. Aromas of mocha, citrus peel and liquorice. A rich wine with great depth of flavour. Tasted on 8 March 2005. B.P.F. 1950 Beaune - Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus Beautiful colour with orange highlights and œil-de-perdrix colour. Aromas of fig, raisins, fruit in brandy with a hint of caramel. Fine , elegant and well-structured on the palate. Tasted on 26 October 2010. B.P.F.

B.P.F. 1955 Puligny Montrachet - Les Folatières Pale gold colour with green tints. Elegant nose and silky on the palate. Tasted on 8 January 1981. B.P.F. 1957 Meursault Beautiful red-tiled colour. Superb aromatics and a well-structured wine. Tasted on 23 December 1996. B.P.F. 1959 Puligny Montrachet - Les Folatières Golden colour, with hints of orange. Aromas of quince and strawberry. On the palate the wine is rich and well-structured. Tasted on 16 October 2003. B.P.F. 1959 Puligny Montrachet - Les Referts Beautiful golden colour.
