with flattened everted rim, fish head handles and feet moulded as the Three Friends, decorated to either side with birds amongst flowers and grasses -- 11½in. (29cm.) high; a bronze ding with upright handles and side flanges, incised calligraphy to the interior -- 5¼in. (13.4cm.) high; a cylindrical censer with shaped handles -- 5½in. (14cm.) diam; a Japanese ovoid vase decorated in shallow relief with a single flower spray -- 10in. (25.5cm.) high; and a further vase moulded in relief with trailing fruiting branches and leaves -- 6¾in. (17cm.) high. (5)
