Surmounted by a violin-playing putto backed by pierced foliage, the circular dial with segmented enamel Roman numerals, the twin-train movement with countwheel strike on a bell, flanked to each side by further pierced foliage, on a shaped and pierced base mounted with two putti, one emblematic of Painting, the other of Sculpture
