A Napoleon III ormolu and porphyry urn clock
In the Louis XVI style, second half 19th Century
The urn surmounted by a berry finial, above two rings, one with the chapters, the other with five-minute divisions, flanked by acanthus-cast scrolled handles and satyr masks, the tapering body with a foliate-cast escutcheon to each side, on a fluted truncated column, with foliate festoons, on stepped foot and square base with pierced inset panels
