Each of square shape, upholstered in crimson ground Aubusson floral tapestry, on circular fluted tapering legs, the underside of one with paper label and pencil inscription Rasmussey, both stamped JANSEN

Lot Essay

The tapissier-decorateur J.-H. Jansen, who established his rue Royale workshops in 1885, was a medal-winner at the 1889 Paris Exhibition.
